Ova Politika privatnosti objašnjava koje podatke prikuplja i obrađuje mobilna aplikacija BodyArt BA („Aplikacija“), na koji način ih koristi te koja prava imate kao korisnik.

1. Ko obrađuje vaše podatke

Aplikaciju za članove fitnes centra Body Art razvija i održava It Craft (dev@it-craft.ba).

Voditelj obrade podataka: Fitnes centar Body Art (centar u kojem ste član).
Izvršitelj obrade / razvoj: It Craft.

2. Koje podatke prikupljamo

Aplikacija obrađuje samo podatke neophodne za pružanje usluge članstva:

Podaci o nalogu: korisničko ime / e-mail i lozinka za prijavu.
Podaci o članu: ime i prezime, broj članske kartice, status i vrsta članarine, datumi važenja.
Historija posjeta (prijava): datum i vrijeme dolazaka u centar.
Historija uplata: evidencija plaćanja članarine i povezanih stavki.

Aplikacija ne prikuplja podatke o lokaciji, kontakte, niti koristi analitičke ili reklamne alate za praćenje.

3. Pristup kameri (QR skener)

Aplikacija traži pristup kameri isključivo radi skeniranja QR koda prilikom prijave (check-in) u centar. Slike i video se ne snimaju, ne pohranjuju niti prenose — kamera se koristi samo u trenutku skeniranja. Dozvolu možete odbiti; u tom slučaju QR prijava neće biti dostupna, ali ostatak aplikacije radi normalno.

4. Kako se podaci pohranjuju i prenose

Podaci se razmjenjuju s našim serverom putem šifrovane (HTTPS) veze.
Na uređaju se lokalno čuva samo token sesije (radi prijave).
Podaci o članstvu čuvaju se na serveru fitnes centra dok ste aktivan član i onoliko dugo koliko zahtijevaju zakonske i računovodstvene obaveze.

5. Dijeljenje podataka

Vaše podatke ne prodajemo i ne dijelimo s trećim stranama u marketinške svrhe. Podaci se dijele isključivo između vas, fitnes centra Body Art i tehničkog održavatelja (It Craft) radi funkcionisanja usluge, te sa nadležnim organima kada to zahtijeva zakon.

6. Vaša prava

pristup svojim podacima,
ispravku netačnih podataka,
brisanje naloga i pripadajućih podataka,
povlačenje saglasnosti i prestanak korištenja Aplikacije.

Zahtjev za brisanje naloga ili podataka pošaljite na dev@it-craft.ba ili ga zatražite na recepciji centra.

7. Djeca

Aplikacija je namijenjena članovima starijim od 16 godina, u skladu s pravilima korištenja fitnes centra.

8. Izmjene Politike

Politiku možemo povremeno ažurirati. O značajnim izmjenama obavijestit ćemo vas kroz Aplikaciju ili putem centra.

This Privacy Policy explains what data the BodyArt BA mobile application (the “App”) collects and processes, how it is used, and the rights you have as a user.

1. Who processes your data

The App for members of the Body Art fitness center is developed and maintained by It Craft (dev@it-craft.ba).

Data controller: Body Art fitness center (the center where you hold membership).
Data processor / development: It Craft.

2. What data we collect

The App processes only the data necessary to provide the membership service:

Account data: the username / email and password used to sign in.
Member data: first and last name, membership card number, membership status and type, validity dates.
Visit (check-in) history: date and time of your visits to the center.
Payment history: records of membership payments and related items.

The App does not collect location data or contacts, and does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools.

3. Camera access (QR scanner)

The App requests camera access solely to scan a QR code when you check in at the center. Images and video are not recorded, stored, or transmitted — the camera is used only at the moment of scanning. You may deny this permission; QR check-in will then be unavailable, but the rest of the App works normally.

4. How data is stored and transmitted

Data is exchanged with our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Only a session token (for login) is stored locally on your device.
Membership data is kept on the fitness center's server for as long as you are an active member and as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only between you, the Body Art fitness center, and the technical maintainer (It Craft) to operate the service, and with authorities where required by law.

6. Your rights

request access to your data,
request correction of inaccurate data,
request deletion of your account and associated data,
withdraw consent and stop using the App.

To request account or data deletion, email dev@it-craft.ba or ask at the center's reception desk.

7. Children

The App is intended for members aged 16 and over, in accordance with the fitness center's terms of use.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via the center.
